Our Story

Morningside Health Services’ goal is to create an environment that affords our residents the opportunity to be a partner in the care they receive, to develop trusting relationships with our caregivers, and to reach their highest level of independence. We are passionate about making our center The Right Choice for you or your loved one. With our own chicken coup and Life Enrichment programming, residents enjoy hours of activities and engagement.

We have been serving Sheboygan and surrounding counties since 1965. Our center is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north side, with Aurora Sheboygan Memorial and St. Nicholas Hospital located nearby. We are proud to be a part of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s committee/walk, involved in the Dementia Care Network, and the Sheboygan Care Coalition.

Testimonials

"The nursing staff was kind and took good care of me. I was at Morningside Health Center for therapy and I enjoyed it very much. It was great to see my improvement.”

– Vera Zenk

"After having spine surgery, I needed help regaining my mobility and learning the change that must be learned to function with new parts. I chose Morningside simply because my Mother-in-Law resides here. After seeing the excellent care she has received, there was no other choice in mind. The therapy was excellent, thus making my healing faster. The nursing staff also was kind and friendly, and always kept the resident’s best interest in mind at all times.”

– James Becker

"This was my second time at Morningside and the care is great. The therapists are kind and pleasant. At times it was hard, but in the end, it was worth it.”

– Joyce Schwanke
